Default My senior yorky 14 1/2 years old- and his teeth what to do?

Hi All,
Myles is 14 yrs old+ he is active when he wants to and than sleeps for hours at a clip he is still alert and a loving member of our family
I have had yorkies so I know they have teeth issues my first yorky got all his teeth pulled at 14 yrs old and he lived til 18 but myles seems different
I dont know if I should get his teeth pulled now. It is bothering me he has gone for a cleaning and gone under around 5 years ago but it is to the poine now he tries to bark and he sneezes i think b/c his mouth is bothering him if u hit his mouth on accident he is frightened even if u go to touch there
My question to u all is do i put him under to get his teeth done or do i leave him alone? The vet said if his blood showed infection definitely but his blood work is fine so far. I just feel bad for him sometimes b/c I know my other yorky lived 4 more years after it was done but I dont know if myles is as strong as my first yorky was

any feedback will help me out from owners of senior yorkies!!!!

thanks soo much

Denise
