I have a birthday coming up this week and as a present, my family is taking me on a puppy shopping spree. So I was trying to make a list of things to add to the shopping cart.
I know I'll need a non-slip mat for baths and a hand held sprayer.

I don't do my own grooming, only baths in between. The shampoos and conditioners that I have tried and liked include:
Minksheen
Yorkie Splash and Shine
Chris Christensen
Isle of Dogs Shampoo #10 and Conditioner #51
I have tried many others but these are my favorites. Isle of Dogs and Yorkie splash and shine both have a spay that you use in between bathing times. I really like them both.
Brush and comb is easy for me. Madan all the way. I too purchased mine from toplinepet. I have used others and there is nothing comparable to the Madan for my girls.
Definitively have Nutrical on hand. You never know when you are going to need it.
A bed is a must too. We love love love our cloud 9 beds. You can get them at Yorkie Haven Rescue.
Of course, food, food and water bowl, toys, etc. Oh, and don't forget toothbrush!
Don't worry. After you get your baby you will see lots of things you will want to add later on. It is called the Yorkie Addiction. Once you have it, we will all welcome you to our club. Lol.
