I have believed in this all my life as it will depend on your interpretation of the word "WIN",
You could win a struggle to survive or an argument.
If you win an argument does that mean you came first, I don't think so.
If you win your struggle to survive, does that mean you came first , no it means you survived nothing more.
If you win a race then yes you came first in the race but remember without the other competitors there would not be a race so perhaps taking part is winning as well.
BUT....to post in here the same two words day in day out over and over again is not winning and is not taking part in the fun it is done for another reason.
