Just a thought but what about coconut oil? It too has good qualities to lubricate the bowel....not only that but it is good to balance intestinal balance as well, make sure it is virgin coconut oil my dogs will lick it off my finger..... lol I mix some in with my fur kids food everyday too. Good luck keep us posted please ? Your baby may need to see another vet?
