I how I know how you feel. I have two as well. I'm also about 7 months pregnant with my first child. They used to sleep in my bed too and starting having an few accidents once in awhile and i just couldn't get the room and sleep i needed with them and dh there in bed. too small space.
So here's how we're adjusting to things:
Sadie: 2 year old yorkie female. got her at 8 weeks as well which is hard because they don't learn things they really need about life from littermates and mom. but we can always work through our mistakes of getting them early. so she's very anxious. she feeds off my stress and hormones. how i'm helping her is i have to remain calm and collected. anytime i'm stressed, she gets stressed and she takes her frustration out on her brother. She is my angel at night though and adjusted fine to crating at night and goes right to sleep.
Bentley: 2 year old silky terrier rescued at 10months old MALE. he is timid and shy, very nervous about crates. he pants the entire night long in his crate and for the last week he's been sleeping and/or just panting all night in the living room. finally last night i tried him back in our bedroom. he panted for about a half hour but finally was quiet and went to sleep. YAY victory. you have to keep trying and not give up and don't CHANGE anything until they adjust to it.
also what's helping. keeping my anxious Sadie on leash and harness and always under my control when i'm home. both dogs run free during the day and get along fine as long as i'm not around. (those pesky hormones)
we bought a difusser at petco (on sale about 35.00) it plugs into the wall and emits a pheremone to mimick the soothing pheremones of a new mommy dog to her pups. maybe it's helping, maybe not, but they do seem calmer and more relaxed.
thundershirts on Bentley have helped to soothe him and sometimes soothe Sadie's anxiety as well.
also you can get pheremone collars for the one that's having a hard time in kennel.
keep trying, don't change, establish a routine and put your foot down. you can do it!!
and don't let hormones freak you out.
also try the books, "And Baby Makes Four" or "Child Proofing Your Dog"
forgot to add, daily walking/jogging even with yorkies has really helped calm the whole house down and wear them out for bed at night.
also it's common to have relapse in potty training when expecting or bringing a new baby home. don't give up on her!
