It's probably fine, but there are things to consider. I assume they weren't toxic because they were part of a pillow? How many did he get? A few or a ton? Are his stools formed and coming regularly or not? Is he throwing up? In generaly it wouldn't be a concern (as long as not toxic) as long as they don't bunch together. I don't know the likelihood of that happening bc I don't even know what they look like. So I'd be following the protocol for ingestion of non-toxic but potentially obstructive material - small meals every 4-6 hours to move things through and vomiting = immediate vet visit.
