I know exactly what you are talking about. Logan had the same problem right after he was neutered. I've never had a male dog before so I freaked out. I called my vet, but didn't get her so I ran him out to my moms and by the time I got there it had gone down. My mom said that with the horses (she breeds quarter horses) that for a week or two after it would get real swollen any time they got arroused or had to pee and to just see if it got better. Well about 2 weeks after he was neutered he stopped getting those swollen lumps. I would say he'll be fine, but you might wanna call your vet just in case.
