I'll agree that yorkies are great at escaping. My Lucy would climb OVER the gate. Just put her little feet in the openings and scale the wall. We even tried two gates stacked and she went over THAT!! Luckily she wasn't hurt in her jump over. My husband attached some plexiglass to the inside so she couldn't get a foothold. Problem solved!
