Default At witts end w/ anxious Yorkie

Brief history; I have had my Yorkie since Dec 2008. I got her from a breeder when she was 8 weeks old. She has always been very skid-dish and anxious. My husband and I had been letting her sleep with us since she was potty trained. About 8 months ago she started jumping off the bed in the middle of the night and peeing on the floor. Once I figured it out, we decided to kennel her at night (she was kenneled during the day while we were at work too.) She took about a week to adjust and was fine but for the last month or so she freaks out once in her cage. She will run her legs against the cage frantically and literally hyperventilate!! We have tried everything to soothe her, nothing works. It's very frustrating and we can't sleep. We've started having to put her in a second cage in a bathroom with the fan on.

I just want to figure out how to help her. I am 7 months pregnant and can't have this behavior going on when I have to get a baby to sleep. We tried just leaving her in the living room at night, and she runs all over and pees on the floor (but she hasn't do this during the day when she is in the living room!)

What are my options? What can we do? I've almost wondered about medication for her at night to help her sleep. I just am at my witts end and worried about once the baby comes her behavior at night will get worse.
