This will cost you very little it may not look pretty but it gives some space.Re enforce at least the weekest of post by driving a new post down beside and bolting to the old one beside. Run a rope down the fence wrapping it around each post as you go. Get some tarps that you can put over the ropes and staple gun them to the fence. It can't get near your babies . it cant see them . They can't see it and fence gets to be a little sterdier. not a perment solution but gives you time to save a fence fund.
