Ha, I would told my "neighbor" to eff off, that there was no way she didn't see the tag and phone number or here my yelling for my dog outside her house.
I'd give her $100 to get off my property before I slapped her a new one.
That's just me though. You're neighbor knew exactly what she was doing... holding the dog until the reward posters came out.
Glad it was her and not some jerk that would sell her or keep her though and now your lil girl is safe with mom! |
