Chances are if you dock it the "nub" with not grow fur on the very tip because her bones/formations are all mature now. My foster Izzy got hers docked at 6 months old when she got spayed and her hair did not grow back where the vet cut it. It's just a calloused scar.

For yorkies, I LOVE their tails long.

Edit: Izzy is a pitbull and her nub is a lot bigger than your 2.3lb dog's lol so might not be as noticable. But i still say leave it. Izzy got hers done because her tail was like a 10lb hammer thumping on the walls, beds, car, ground etc all day every day and she ended up hurting it.
