I didn't get the impression from Nikis2 that she was desperate to place her girl, hence why she didn't require a rescue situation. Sounds like she is a breeder looking to retire her girl to a forever home so she may continue with her passion. I have seen MANY REPUTABLE breeders offer their retired breeding girls for sale. There are plenty of people like me out there that prefer to find older adults dogs and bypass the puppy stage.
I am sure you will find a loving home that will continue spoiling her.
