My parents live on St Croix, have lived there for many years now. i've been there numerous times but i never brought a dog. they have brought 2 dogs there over the years, not recently. there was no quarentine. they were big dogs, not little, so did not fit under seat.
i would make sure your dog is on a good flea/tick preventative. they need to be on it year round there.
i love St Croix, i know it very well. You drive on the opposite side of the road there... takes alittle getting used to. Love the beaches, love the food! Have a great vacation!
