I sure hope they didn't charge you for the cage Lily took up, while she waited for a surgery that didn't happen...
I'm glad the dental went well though, don't worry after the 11th you'll get it all taken care of, and your little girl will be fine. It's really hard having to leave them there... hang in there, it'll all be resolved soon. I know how it feels to be pissed off and frustrated with vets, I'm having my own vet issues.
