Harrysmum gave good advice. It will be easier to correct Lola if she is in your room. I would like to add this, 1. it may help to cover her crate and 2. It is ok to use "Enough or Quiet" wait 5 seconds to let her respond. And if she is still whining or barking you can squirt her with water from a spray bottle. One quick squirt will break momentum, and keep her from getting all wound up.
