Hi, I'm in Derbyshire too, but a bit further north than you. Katie Patmore was recommended to me years ago, for a very hyper border collie that I had at the time - she was brill. Since then she has become very well known in the Sheffield area, and she runs the Millhouses Dog Training club, they have a website that you can google. Sheff might be a bit far away from you (and full of dee dahs!
), but she might travel, or might be able to recommend someone else - might be a starting point!?
