That was just something I remembered from our tech. She said sometimes the firewalls work against one another when you have several anti virus programs running, so that is just one thing. It most likely wouldn't have anything to do with pop ups and instantly re directing though. I would also recommend the spybot or another malware/spyware program too. Good luck, believe me I know how frustrating it can be....
