Praying for little Tazzie. We went through a scare with Dudley this summer. My vet said sometimes even what they eat (treats etc.) can cause a change in the liver count. She put him on antibotics and a prescription dog food. They get only green beans, carrots, apples and things that have no preservatives like alot of treats at the petstore. I had given them a treat that had liver in it. Don't know if this had anything to do with it or not but after a month, went back and his count was normal. Praying your baby just has something that is not serious, just can be treated and get back to normal. I know how scarey it is. I was sure Dudley had a liver shunt. Just keep having positive thoughts and how is the vet been treating his condition so far? Sometimes it takes changes doctors too. Good luck. |
