I am so sorry for Baxter and you. When was the last time he saw the doctor for his glaucoma? Is there any possibility that he could be in pain from this condition?

I don't mean to upset you, but it seems unusual that he would start yelping today. If this is the case, perhaps you could try tethering him to you in the house for awhile. Talk to him a lot so that he can follow your voice.

Everything I have read says dogs adjust amazingly well to blindness. Have you read Paris' blog here about blindness? If you have not, let me know and I will find the link for you.

Sending prayers for Baxter and you.
