Oh boy! My boys got skunked last summer! Its a lasting memory! Skunks make a rattle noise before they spray..... its the most ominous noise! LOL You just know when you hear that noise, that nothing good is going to come of that! So we threw my boys in the pool repeatedly and let them swim the length of the pool about 10x.... then I ran to the store and bought baking soda, peroxide and dishsoap (well I had that) and we bathed them about 10x. After that, the only hint of skunk we could smell was right on the tip of their snout if we got SUPER up close. So it was good, that mixture worked really really well! Its a TERRIBLE smell!!!
Yuck!
