[Paisley-n-Me]

I've had Paisley for about 4 weeks now. She has done great with her potty training. She was even going to the door sometimes. I am crate training her and taking her outside to go. I am very consistant and I don't let her have run of the house. she is either confined to one room with me, or on a leash with me. However... the last 3 or 4 days paisley has been a real stinker about her pottying! First she went pee in her carrier! Somethign she has NEVER done before. I had just took her outside to potty and then put her in the carrier to go home (we had been at work). When we got home, I went to get her out and noticed she had went pee in there!
Then in her crate at home, it's a wire play-pen type with room for her bed and a potty pad. She has never went on the potty pad until the last 2 nights! She has always whimpered or barked and woke me up to take her out, but not the last 2 nights.. instead she went on the potty pad in the crate. ...which I'd rather her wake me to go out like she was before.
Then today while I had her on the leash, she squated down and started to pee right in front of me!!! I said "no no no...outside to potty" and picked her up and took her out. Then tonight while she was on the leash next to me, she squated down and started pooping!!! Again.. "no no no, outside potty" and took her out.
I just can't figure out why all of a sudden she's doing this?!! is this typical of a Yorkie? i have never had a puppy to "go backwards" in potty training progress like this. We have had a lot of rain the past few days, could that be part of it? Although it was nice out today.
