Donnainohio63, that's interesting. I always noted their physical similarities (obviously right) but read (when searching out breeds for our home) their personality characteristics were slightly different-more independent, dominant and more likely to be pack oriented. I dod like their larger size, but wanted the Yorkie persona so I got a "" Yorkie

Sadie is not a Larger size Silky, she only weighs 6 pounds but my Sophie was a silky and she weighed 12 pounds. Sadie is just small.
