Personally, I think males tend to be more loving to female owners, while females prefer their daddies. Just my opinion based on my own experience. Though you mentioned you are bothered by hyper, many small dogs can be classified as hyper, and yorkies usually are a go-go-go type breed. Rizzo only sleeps when i do, and then takes power naps while I'm cooking, cleaning, or am otherwise occupied. But if im just sitting around watching tv or reading a book, Rizzo will force me to play, by rolling his ball to me, and will keep kicking it until I vice in and throw it for him. Just saying, they are energetic and need proper outlets to burn that energy or youll have one naughty yorkie. |
