My Bella was prone to motion sickness every time we traveled by car...until I bought a Snoozer car seat.

I would like to second that about the car seats. My Piccolo used to vomit, but she does so much better riding in one of these seats. Not saying she is perfect, but we just returned today from an 8 hour trip and things went pretty well altogether.
Also wanted to add congrats about your new little one and good luck working on traveling in the car.
