I agree on the scale. I usually ask for Hot. I will eat it hot enough to work up a bit of a sweat. My dad is a big gardner and we used to have hot salsa tasting contests with his peppers. I never could out do him, but I sure tried. I love Asian foods too but don't know if I have ever really had Thai. I also love hot mustard and horse radish, and it can sure burn your nose. LOL
