Well, The verdict is he has some sort of bacterial infection in his intestines. The vet didn't know what it was due to, but we have medicine for him. They pumped him with fluids because he was dehydrated, and said he needs to rest today. He also had a slight fever: 102 degrees. Dogs body temp is usually 100. I once again asked about dog food because Moses is a pain in the butt eater. She said her dogs were on Royal Canin and do well on it. She also suggested that I mix some wet food with the dry kibble to see if that helps him stay on track with his appetite and nutrition. He was perkier after we left and I am feeling better about him. She didn't seem to think it was a reaction to the NB treat roll since there was no vomiting. But I took the one I bought back and don't want to take my chances with it! Thanks for your happy thoughts!
