Embarassed My little girl is vomiting her treats and sometimes bile.

She has not been vomiting her food just the treats I've been giving her since she was a puppy. This began on Friday. Sat. morning when I was thinking about taking her to the vet, she was fine and playful and eating normally. I fed her just a little chicken and rice baby food and gave her some pedialyte and she was fine, so I decided I wouldn't take her to the vet. Then last night in the middle of the night she vomited again. I had given her a treat earlier in the evening. So far today she has been fine. She ate a little chicken and rice.
One thing I noticed though was that she has not been eating grass like she normally does when she doesn't feel well and she also has stopped making that honking "goose sound" when she gets excited. I am wondering if possibly the vomit is due to something that is wrong with her throat (the condition that makes her sound like a goose. I can't remember what the vet called it...a prolapsed something which is common in Yorkies. If anyone has any ideas, let me know.
I have emailed the maker of the treats I have given her to see if there have been any recalls, but haven't heard anything. I'm taking her to the vet but thought I was see if anyone had any experience with this as well. Thanks, Cherie
