Paisley's ears kind of flopped too. They were standing erect at 10 weeks old when I got her. Then a week or so later one ear was flopping a little and the next day it was back up and then the other ear was a little floppy. I fed plain natural yogart to her. About 2 tablespoons for 3 days. Her ears came back up and have stayed up ever since.

Some people do tape them i think. I know nothing about that
