Hi, my Romeo had a situation like that several months ago and scared the daylights out of me that I rushed him to the vet. After an exam and x-rays I was assured he'd eaten too much -- too many treats -- and needed a day without food.
Please be careful what and how much you are feeding your baby. He may not even realize his stomach is full.
