The house you see out the window is one of my favorites in the neighborhood, a very simple Colonial. Our hood is reproduction Colonials circa 1989.
Would love to have a real one (lots of stuff built between 1780s and 1870s downtown), but don't have the budget for a money pit. Yes, lots of trees and not as sunny as California.
