I used to use lilpals collars and they also have some pretty small harness as well and they are at petsmart. When they are full grown I would get a buddybelt they are an awesome harness. Right now I also order collars from etsy.com. Also make sure your never hooking the leash to the collar, I use Callies collar for tags only.
