My advice is to take her to the vet asap for finding out the cause. If throwing up is combined with diarrhea, stop feeding her and give her digestion system a rest for at least 24 hours. Don't give her too much water as the water irritates the digestion system as well. Try to give her a little bit of water (you can make a very light chicken bouillon solution or chamomile solution). If she doesn't throw up for 6 hours, then slowly increase the amount of liquids, be patient. After 24 hours of fasting, you could try some boiled rice, no oil, just boiled in the water. Your dog may throw up some of it, but if some stays in its body that will be a progress. Be patient, take it very slowly. One way or the other, you need to take her to the vet, because if she may be poisoned by eating something around the house and her little body may be needing professional help. Remember, she is entirely depending on you-you are the only one who can get help for your buddy and if you don't do it, nobody will. Good luck and let us know if you need anything else.
