99% of the time I'm a 3, lol. I like flavor, LOVE ground black pepper but don't really like spicy things. I do love General Tso Chicken if it's done right-and makes my eyes water & nose run. Other than that I like lot's of herbs, onions, garlic, & the pepper-people say I make it too hot with that but I just don't taste it.
The only "International" cuisine I like is Chinese/Japanese, Italian & some French. Maybe some others but you get the idea that I have no cultural variation. I don't like to try new things & smells turn me off in a heartbeat from even trying if I don't like the scent.
I wish I was more varied, but over-all I'm a pretty picky plain Jane.
