Suzi stayed at 7 lbs for a long time . Then I noitced she felt too thin , and was just picking at her food. So I changed foods and now she has filled out nicely , not looking fat at all. I don't know how much weight she is now, but I think she is around 8-9 pounds, she looks and feels so much healthier now. I have a friend with a extremely small yorkie , weighing in 2 pounds fully grown. Her yorkie has thin hair and does not look good . I am not sure if she is healthy becasue of the thinning hair , but she is very energetic , just tiny . I rather have a yorkie on the heavier side becasue they are sturdy and strong. The tiny ones are so fragile and delicate it can be hard to keep them safe all the time.
