Hello Nellye 56. Believe it or not this is a very common problem. I am almost 100 % sure it is marking. My Rubin is 8 years old and never goes potty in the house. Except when he gets in my bedroom alone. He pees on the quilt near the floor, then jumps up and pees on the bed, on my side ! So Rubin my spoiled little prince, is banned from the bedroom. I absolutely do not belive in spanking your Yorkie. You can retrain, use doggie panties, cover your bed with a plastic shower curtain ( I am joking about the plastic shower curtain) or ban your doggie from the bedroom. Marking is different than having accidents during potty training.
It may help to have her spayed. Although Rubin is neutered since 6 months old. There are many many threads about potty problems, maybe someone has the answer that will work ffor you.
