I could be wrong, but I think marking can be more than a few drops.
Many people have written here that their dogs have a thing for doing this on the bed or couch. They said it almost seemed spiteful, although most experts say dogs don't know spite.
Some people said their dogs did it when they were left alone or something else undesirable was going on.
Are you sure the bed is the only place this is happening? (asking to rule out possibility of urinary tract infection). Is this ever in conjunction with her being in heat?
So many possibilities. I hope you can figure it out and stop this behavior.
