We live in the UK too
At our Vet's, it was done at the time of Harry's initial vaccinations - and was included in the price. I think to have it done separately was about £10 GBP which is so cheap. There are 2 different types of microchip over here - the basic one, or the one that incorporates a thermometer so 'it' never has to go up his little bottom again
, they just scan his neck if they need to take his temperature. Guess that's the same all over the world! Sally + Harry x
