Definately plain jane/bland here...usually just salt...if I'm being really wild, lemon pepper or garlic.
As for spicy/hot stuff...I'd maybe be a 1... if mild nacho cheese 'n' chips would qualify as a 1.
If food is well prepared, I just don't see the need for other flavours to overpower the taste of the food itself.
