my yorkie is due to have her babies in 2 weeks. i was told to feed her puppy food the intire time she is pregnant so i did, but yesterday i was told that was a mistake because that will make the puppies to big to deliver. this person told me i should have fed her puppy food the last 2 weeks of pregnancy. now i'm worried about my dog delivering her babies. did i make a mistake? when do i start feeding the mother puppy food?
