My boys are very sweet, loving, and affectionate.
Keep in mind that Yorkies tend to be high energy even if they are not hyper. They need a lot of exercise and stimulation. Being terriers, they can be headstrong. They are often feisty and proud little doggies.
If you prefer docile and laid back and still want a Yorkie, I would advise looking for one that is not a puppy so that you will have a better idea of personality. You can either adopt from a rescue or look for a breeder who has a slightly older dog.
