 Food allergies
For the human......
Anyone here have severe allergies?
My husband and I spent the last 6-7 hours at the ER because my face and hands swelled up and my throat closed up after eating grilled chicken breast and grilled zucchini, squash and carrots.
It did the same thing Sunday night after I ate smoked sausage, broccoli, potatoes, mushrooms and rice.
I have never been allergic to any of these things before, but I do have a wheat intolerance. I have an appointment Monday with a dr to do an elimination diet. Until then I have to eat only one thing at a time, carry an epi-pen and never eat alone.
