I have a three year old yorkie (she just turned three on Monday), who I believed to be house trained . However, we have recently found spots where we believed she has urinated (our bed room floor and the comforter on our bed). What could be causing this and how can we get this to stop?

Sidenote: I really would like her to get a sibling in the next few months, how ever with this behavior it is going to become increasingly hard to convince her daddy. Any suggestions.
