First off I leave my dogs out unattended in our dog run every day all the time. You did what needed to be done to keep your dogs safe. Dont let anyone tell you otherwise. Now that that has been said....

That is just totaly Ridiculous..... for some women to in a sense take away your Tibbers innocence and for the pure intent of making a profit doing so. She clearly has no morals and does not give a dam about either of the dogs what so ever. If that had been my neighbor, I would not have been so polite! There would have been some not so kind words exchanged and the police called right away.
I would see about and do everything possible to document the incident ... There needs to be consequents for her actions.
