I've read about 10 books (some on Yorkies exclusively and others on puppies in general, training, etc.) preparing for our baby, and a lot of them recommended the 'no bite, get a toy' too. I had no idea before reading that you needed to discourge any type of 'tug of war' games with your pet because they lead to biting and agression issues. I assume that is not always the case, but I had no idea. We always played tug of war with our pets as children and never had any biting issues. But now that this will be our first dog as married adults, I think I'll discourage that too.

I hope you can get lots of help on here. These YT'ers are great! Sorry I couldn't help you out more being newer to all this and all! Hope the biting gets better!
