I started Chewy

by just taking him in and let him swim about 2 feet and then put him out of the pool. I did this about 5 times. I couldn't tell if he liked it or not but I didn't let him stay in. Then each time after that I would let him swim further.....by the end of pool season he begged to go out to the pool. I taught him where the steps were and to always swim to them. If I knew how to post video you could see how good he got at it. He jumps in by himself

so he is never allowed on deck without me.
