Would you pay to try it in a restaurant?
At work we're doing featured Michigan items & apples will be in October. My manager said if I can come up with a recipe for apple topping for our pancakes he may feature it on our Oct. menu. As a newbie this would be awesome!
I was thinking apple with a touch of cranberry at first, but the carmel just came to mind & I think that would market well in the month of October.
Would you try it or does it sound gross/too sweet/etc.?
