I was wondering about protein being high in food too, I feed cj blue wilderness grain free, chicken, small bites, it is a new food a dog trainer in our town told me to put cj on this looked and it has 36 percent protein and 15 fat? Are these to high? His eyes have cleared up, not runny, and his snotty nose has cleared up. He weighed 3 pds 1 oz when we got him after 3 1/2 weeks now she weighs 3 pds 7 oz. But he was to thin vet said when we get him. His eyes are bright and his coat looks fabulous now. I also noticed my tootsie eats less and she has lost 1 oz. but her coat looks amazing too. Hmmm so hard to know? Maybe we will get great answers my vet could not be more delighted with changes.
