i bought mine at walgreens, and walmart----maddie is 11 pounds and i gave her half a pill i poked a hole in it and squeezed it on her food. she loved it. but in maddies case i never seen a difference--i think more of it was weather related. but fish oil an coconut oil are good for dogs, we tried both
