Even if you can't find time for a full yoga class, you can still practice their breathing techniques. If I'm in a stressful moment I stop and take a few breaths (sorry can't remember the sanscript word) really deep ones and put your hand on your tummy and feel it rise and fall. I find if you take a moment to constrict your throat and do the really deep breathing exercising it's calming... I sometimes do this when I can't sleep in bed, I lay in reclined cobbler's pose (my favorite) and just breath.
